Anderson deplores his fellow Officers to stop violating the rights of the people in following un-constitutional orders from their superiors or governmental bodies. Officer Anderson further rings in a warning about the grave consequences should these violations continue. In an intelligent manner, he points out that the police powers are given to individuals by the people and that they can be taken away in the matter of minutes.
