This video clearly exhibits the complete disregard for the public’s rights by the Chief of Police, Joseph Salvaggio. The city of Leon Valley is using the fact that a court is present in their administrative complex to disallow the public to monitor and express their rights per the constitution and bill of rights.
You will note in the video that the attitude of the police chief and officers has no respect for the public. They have truly forgotten who they work for.
